- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.
- English Shorthand and English Typing Speed Certificate
- 6 Month Diploma, OR Certification in Computer Applications
- English Shorthand Speed: 100 WPM
- English Typing Speed: 40 WPM
